Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions
Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (Article 11) requires sellers to publish the following details for Koyonari's paid services: the Koyonari Plus and Koyonari Pro subscriptions and question packs. I. Seller

II. Prices and Payment
- Price: Shown with tax included on each purchase screen. On the Japanese App Store and Google Play, prices are as listed below; in other countries and regions, each store shows its local price.
- Koyonari Plus: ¥800 per month, ¥6,000 per year
- Koyonari Pro: ¥1,500 per month, ¥11,000 per year
- 30 questions: ¥300
- 100 questions: ¥800
- 300 questions: ¥1,500
- Other charges: Internet data charges are paid by the customer.
- Payment method: The payment methods offered by the App Store or Google Play.
- When you pay (question packs): When the purchase is completed.
- When you pay (subscriptions): The first charge is at sign-up (or at the end of the free trial, if there is one). After that, the store charges automatically on each renewal date.
III. Koyonari Plus and Koyonari Pro Subscriptions
- Membership content (Koyonari Plus): 100 questions per month; photo attachments in questions; priority during peak times; Koyonari translations and notes for every classic; and almanac notes, sky events and the sundial for any date on This Day. The membership page in the app lists the current content.
- Membership content (Koyonari Pro): Everything in Koyonari Plus, with 300 questions per month and a deeper reading every time.
- Monthly reset: Membership questions reset at 00:00 on the 1st of each month in your account's time zone. Unused questions do not carry over. Yearly plans also reset on the 1st of each month.
- Term and renewal: One month or one year. The subscription renews automatically for the same term and price until you cancel.
- Free trial: Koyonari Plus monthly and yearly plans start with 7 days free, once per Apple ID or Google account. No charge applies if you cancel during the trial. Otherwise, the plan price (¥800 per month or ¥6,000 per year) is charged on day 8, and the subscription renews from then on. Koyonari Pro has no free trial.
- Changing plans: Moving from Koyonari Plus to Koyonari Pro takes effect immediately, and the store settles the difference under its own rules. Moving from Koyonari Pro to Koyonari Plus takes effect on the next renewal date.
- How to cancel: In the App Store (iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store app > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). "Manage subscription" on the membership page in the app opens the same screen. To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- After cancelling: You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling mid-period does not give a pro-rated refund for that period, except for refunds the store grants under its own rules.
- Deleting your account: Deleting your account does not cancel the store subscription. Please cancel in the store before deleting your account.
- Family Sharing: Not available.
IV. Question Packs
- Packs: 30, 100 or 300 questions. Members and non-members pay the same price.
- Expiry: None.
- Order of use: The day's free questions are counted first, then the member's questions for the month, then purchased questions.
- Transfer and cash: Purchased questions cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- Deleting your account: Unused questions are forfeited when the account is deleted.
V. Delivery, Cancellation and Refunds
- Delivery: Added to your account as soon as the purchase is completed.
- Withdrawal and returns: Because these are digital services, a purchase cannot be withdrawn or returned once it is completed.
- Refunds: Handled under the refund rules of the App Store or Google Play. Please request refunds from the store.
- Conditions: You need to be signed in to an account to buy. Readings are for users aged 18 and over.
VI. System Requirements
- iOS: iOS 15.0 or later

- Connection: Readings and purchases need an internet connection.
